I agree with Annemarie. The motto in my family recently has become "ever onward." However measured, even inch by inch. I love your blog, perhaps it will be a help to you as you find the bits of you that you like the best.

why do i want to write a note to you? -- a perfect stranger. My best friend/sister suffered from a breakup not too long ago. It took her time to recover. Give yourself time. Take good care of yourself.
Sometimes we need things to change in our lifes. We can always learn something...
Go for a walk, take photos, read a book... You will shine again. It takes time.
