... i wanted to show you this photograph
by brigitte heinsch / maditi

i've been looking at it for a while
and find it very haunting

i picture it

printed very big
hanging up in a large space

... now spring can start !

curious lamp

... colors make me happy

and renildes' flowers

i'll go again for some fabric shopping tomorrow

have a nice weekend !

... chalk

handknitted

... a cup of coffee to start the week

i 've been cleaning out closets

took a walk through my neighbourhood

saw scandinavia . . poland

. belgium

.... i was going to say

look how beautifully made
by finnish woodworkers
designed by secto

and then something sad happened
in the family

... times are a bit stressful

... read somewhere that alpaca is

harder to felt

... because it is so delicate

it's true

i'm starting to like alpaca when felted

... the sun is shining :)
well it did for an hour ...

... riley gave me some very lovely naturally dyed
baby alpaca which she brought back from peru

love it loosely spun
or spun in general

that's when it looks the most interesting

:: while enjoying journal de jours
i saw something you shouldn't miss

juliette bogers

hermine took a picture of the shop window

... my kind of heaven
it reminded me of abnit nijjar

weekend already...
have a nice one!

... have been busy with diy
and searching for fabrics and fibers

eraser

just funny ... when i picture me or
someone else using it

thought it said mistakes
no need for steaks

... a few mittens later

went for merino
also very soft and much more practical

...it looks like alpaca is more suited for spinning
except for the black kind

i'll show you some alpaca tomorrow
make that later because it's too dark
